FMQAI recently achieved another milestone when we passed our ISO 9001: 2000 registration audit at the end of June making FMQAI an ISO certified company.
ISO 9001-2000 is an international quality management standard accepted throughout the world. FMQAI’s completion of this certification process demonstrates to outside entities FMQAI’s commitment to improving our processes and better serving our customers.
All associates should be proud of their role in preparing the organization for this important achievement. With all of the elements in place, it now falls to us to maintain the system and ensure our continued certification. We will be audited at six-month intervals into the future.
